Bags of Hope Family Service Event

We believe that healthy families are the foundation to building strong individuals, strong teams and strong communities. Danos ROOTS is focused on that…Christian-based programming for employees that fosters strong, healthy families.

Danos ROOTS recently hosted a family service event at headquarters to support Bags of Hope. With a little friendly competition, lots of smiles and many helping hands, we packed 360 bags filled with essential food items for children in need in our community. It was a great day of teamwork and service, as employees and their families came together to live out our purpose and give back to the community.

Bags of Hope is a Danos GIVES recipient. Through the $25,000 grant and our service opportunity, we are helping Bags of Hope grow their impact of sending home weekly food packages to meet the needs of more than 200 food insecure children.

Consider the many great oak trees that line the gulf coast and our headquarters’ entrance. These grand trees have stood the test of time and countless storms of life because of their strong ROOTS. We aim to equip and enable employees to do the same through Danos ROOTS.
