Episode seventeen of the Producing Confidence Podcast is now live.

Several scholarship opportunities are available for students of Danos Group employees, offering support for students pursuing higher education, certifications and workforce training.

Hank Danos, owner and chairman of the Danos board, spoke at this month’s meeting of the South Central Industrial Association (SCIA), sharing the history of Danos and the original dream of founders Allen Danos Sr. and Syriaque Curole.

Jennifer Maggio is the founder and CEO of The Life of a Single Mom, a faith-driven nonprofit that now powers more than 2,000 church-based support groups across all 50 states and serves 150,000 moms each year.

The Danos Foundation is excited to announce its annual online auction opens this Saturday, November 15! The auction opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes on Sunday, November 30, at 8:00 p.m. CST. This special event helps raise funds for meaningful causes, while offering participants the chance to bid on a wide variety of unique items and experiences, just in time for the holidays!

As part of SCIA and Fletcher’s Manufacturing Week, Danos was one of nine businesses to host local students this year. On Thursday, September 25, production services GoA hosted our Safety & Development Forum in Lafayette. The event brought together field employees from land locations as well as shelf and deepwater assets for a day of learning, connection and growth.

This June, four children of Danos Group employees took to the skies—figuratively, at least—as they attended the National Flight Academy (NFA) Summer Program in Pensacola, Florida. Sponsored by the Blackhawk Flight Foundation, the program ran from Sunday, June 8, through Friday, June 13. The immersive, aviation-themed camp is designed for students between ages 11–17. To qualify, students must be currently enrolled in junior high or high school.

Earlier this summer, our coastal restoration team joined ConocoPhillips in hosting campers from the South Louisiana Wetlands Discovery Center during a hands-on field trip in Houma, La. As part of the experience, students learned about Natrx's Cajun Coral—a nature-based solution Danos is helping deploy to protect Louisiana’s coast—and even built their own mini versions using clay.
