Production GOA Safety & Development Forum

On Thursday, September 25, production services GoA hosted our Safety & Development Forum in Lafayette. The event brought together field employees from land locations as well as shelf and deepwater assets for a day of learning, connection and growth.

 The forum focused on equipping our team with practical tools for safety and leadership. Topics included Dealing with Difficult Situations, Develop U and an in-depth look at safety tools in action—highlighting WATCH Cards, JSEAs, and Start Work Checks. The Safety Tools session focused on equipping employees with actionable strategies they can apply in the field immediately.

 Beyond the presentations, the forum also provided time for networking, reflection and shared discussions around accountability, leadership and continuous improvement—all grounded in Danos’ values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Respect and Improvement.
