Employee of the Year Process Begins Soon

A Message from Hank Danos
As we near the end of 2023, let us reflect on our colleagues who this year have exemplified Danos’ purpose, values and high-performance culture. Our nomination process for 2023 Staff Employee of the Year and the 2023 Dwain “Hog” Carell Field Employee of the Year will begin soon! These prestigious awards recognize high-achieving employees who go above and beyond in their roles. Greg Short, area manager, was named the 2022 Staff Employee of the year. Greg has nearly 12 years of service to Danos and is committed to excellence and living out Danos' values. His role in last year’s Denbury venture ensured a seamless transition. He empowers his team through inspiration and guidance. Greg embodies Danos’ values, inspiring others along the way. Thomas “Jeff” Lander, construction superintendent, was named Danos’ 2022 Dwain “Hog” Carrell Field Employee of the Year. With nearly 23 years of dedication to Danos, Jeff has led some of the most significant projects undertaken by Danos construction. His knowledge and experience have been key to project success and earned recognition from customers. He is revered by his peers as a "Swiss Army Knife." His versatility and capability make him a trusted choice for critical and high-risk work. All employees are encouraged to nominate colleagues who they believe deserve this recognition. We are excited to see who will be nominated this year. Links to submit nominations will be sent out in January. Thank you for your contributions to Danos and to the Employee of the Year process.
