Ross Barker Ensures Corporate Protection

Compliance Coordinator Rick Keen recently recognized Danos Risk Manager Ross Barker for his efforts to ensure our corporate risk protection is met. His responsibilities are indirectly aligned with our safety department. Rick said,

“Ross and his team review each customer and subcontractor's master service agreements (MSAs) which establishes the level of risk and the certificate of insurance (COI) policy requirements. This is a formidable task as Danos LLC has approximately 800 active customers and subcontractors!

"These compliance requirements are extensive and time consuming. Our customers utilize third-party compliance databases which ensure each contractor’s COI is compliant. Few people realized that on Saturday, November 1, 2025, these insurance policies expired. Ross and his team made sure our COIs were in place and compliant with our customer requirements. This allowed our employees to report to their worksites.
