2025 Drive for Safety Champions: Finalist Announced!

We are proud to recognize and celebrate 22 employees who have achieved the distinction of our second annual Drive for Safety Champions! These outstanding individuals exemplified safe driving practices throughout 2025, earning them eligibility for a chance to win the $5,000 grand prize.  

Through their actions every day at work, these team members are living our purpose and vision, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to safety, excellence and accountability both on and off the road.  

Program Overview:  

The Drive for Safety Campaign is designed to promote and reward safe driving among our field employees. It highlights the dedication and discipline required to ensure a safe work environment.   

Eligibility Criteria:  

• Must be a full-time Danos field employee with driving as a regular part of job duties. 

• Must have an active record in Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring. 

• Must be assigned and regularly drive a telematics-monitored company vehicle. 

• Eligibility is verified by operations and fleet supervisors.

Qualifications for Each Month:  

• Maintained continuous employment from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. 

• Held ZERO points (infractions) on their MVR. 

• Recorded ZERO telematic violations during the year. 

• Completed the year with ZERO fleet training interventions required. 

• Experienced ZERO motor vehicle accidents or incidents in 2025.
