Creative Solutions to Repurpose and Recycle

By zero-hour overhauling an engine, the power-generation team was able to recycle and reuse equipment, saving energy and materials to create a new one! 

A customer needed a 175kW Class I Div II rated generator package in a relatively quick time, a service the customer was previously unaware that we could provide. We gave them a quick quote on a unit owned by another customer that we could purchase and refurbish. We were awarded the project based on price and availability.

Although we had several obstacles with the original equipment, we were able to turnout a quality product in a fair amount of time. Project Lead Jake Clements’ attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none; he turned out of the best built gen packages I have had the pleasure to be a part of. Jake was able to zero-hour overhaul the engine and put together a quality product from start to finish.
