Field Leaders Meet for a Day of Development

In conjunction with Monday’s Houma Safety Focus event, Danos field leaders from the Gulf of Mexico met this week for a Field Leadership Summit. The summit kicked off Monday night with a welcome dinner and was followed by a day of leadership development on Tuesday.

The day’s activities consisted of a variety of growth opportunities including training from Danos human resources team, such as drug and alcohol supervision, diversity and inclusion, and reporting, and breakout sessions for production, projects, and energy systems.

In addition, the summit presented the opportunity to have conversations with field leaders about happenings at their respective locations and ways for Danos to improve.
