Flawless Project Execution

We have covered much ground throughout the year reviewing our different processes and applications to determine the best path forward for each of the following projects in Flawless Project Execution: 

• Increase operations management engagement with customers to better understand expectations 

• Operations managers to conduct internal job kick-off meetings with appropriate personnel 

• Reevaluate subcontractor and vendor performance reporting  

• Enhance alignment of invoicing and billing to customers 

As portions of these projects have already been completed and put into work, it is encouraging to know that we are on track to complete the remaining projects on schedule.  After all projects have been completed, and new processes and systems have been implemented, we will continue to monitor for necessary improvements.
