Deepwater Electrician Grant Herpin recently earned high praise from Oxy Operations Manager Mike Nance for going above and beyond to support the team offshore.

When operations required additional coverage, Grant agreed to stay several extra days to help ensure safe and uninterrupted performance. His willingness to step up meant postponing plans to celebrate his wedding anniversary at home — a sacrifice that did not go unnoticed.
