Hess Recognizes Danos’ Shane Lopez

Danos Deepwater Crane Operator Shane Lopez was recently honored with the quarter 4, 2024 Operating Discipline Award by Danos customer Hess for his outstanding performance during the 2024 Turnaround (TAR) on GS-1.

Shane and his team executed all lifts safely and efficiently, ensuring that all parties could continue working without delays due to material shortages.

At the end of the TAR, Shane was asked to come out early before his scheduled hitch to assist with backloading remaining materials and to conduct a quarterly crane inspection. Without hesitation, Shane stepped up and delivered, proving once again why he is such a valuable asset to the team.
