Leadership Changes to Support Growth

Danos is pleased to announce several leadership changes within our land production services and coastal restoration teams. These changes reflect our continued growth and expansion across key shale regions, including the Permian, Eagle Ford, Rockies, North Louisiana and Mississippi, and position us to strengthen regional support while continuing to deliver operational excellence for our customers.

Melanie Hill has been promoted from general manager of shale to vice president of Danos land production services. In this role, Melanie will focus on advancing our shale strategy, strengthening customer relationships and supporting continued expansion across our core land production markets. She will continue overseeing Danos’ activity in major shale basins, including the Permian, Eagle Ford, Marcellus and Rocky Mountains.

Since joining Danos in 2020, Melanie has played a key role in growing and strengthening our onshore operations. With more than a decade of industry experience and a strong track record of leadership, she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to our people, customers and purpose.

Greg Short has been promoted from operations manager to general manager of Danos land production services. Greg has been with Danos for 14 years and brings a strong operational background that has helped drive performance and reliability across our onshore operations. His leadership and commitment to developing people will continue to be instrumental as we grow our land production footprint.

Nick Leblanc will transition from operations manager of coastal restoration to operations manager of Danos land production services. During his nine years with Danos, Nick has built a reputation as a trusted leader who delivers results while supporting both customers and teams. His experience will be a valuable asset as we continue expanding our land production operations.

Russ Gisclair has been promoted to operations manager of coastal restoration. Since joining Danos nearly two years ago as a project manager, Russ has demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise. He will play an important role in continuing the growth and success of our coastal restoration business.

These leadership changes strengthen our ability to support customers in key shale regions while maintaining the operational excellence and people-first culture that define Danos.

Please join us in congratulating Melanie, Greg, Nick and Russ on their new roles and thanking them for their continued commitment to our people, customers and communities.
