March 2022 Town Hall

On Wednesday, Danos hosted its first Town Hall of the year. CEO Paul Danos spoke before allowing for a question and answer session. In his comments, Paul acknowledged our 75th anniversary and how we’ll be celebrating that at all locations throughout the year. He also touched on our three strategic priorities for the year (Set the Standard, Employee Experience and Transformational Growth), asking everyone to reflect on how they’re supporting each of those initiatives. In addition, Paul mentioned our updated vision and our values, specifically improvement.
