Quality Joins Safety Team

I’m excited to share that the quality department is now part of our safety team—a move that strengthens our focus on keeping people safe and work done right. Quality and safety go hand in hand, and bringing these groups together just makes sense.

I’m especially glad to welcome Kenny Dillard from quality to our team. Kenny’s role is now fully integrated into safety, helping unite management systems, process thinking, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation. His contributions highlight the direct link between the quality of our processes, products, and services and the safety outcomes we aim for every day.
