Like many other companies, we are challenged to find qualified workers.  

Earlier this week, I had lunch with our recruiting and marketing team members. We spent the entire time discussing their extensive efforts to attract qualified candidates for our open positions across eight states. That’s where you come in. No one knows better than you how great it is to work at Danos – the culture, the pride, the teamwork, the sense of purpose. It doesn’t get better than Danos, and we need your help to spread the word.  

Our best candidates always come from employee referrals. We currently have 2,255 employees. If each one shares our hiring message with just one potential job candidate, we’ll have a great pool of applicants.
