Danos is Committed to Three Things: Sept. 2022 Town Hall Recap
In order to maintain alignment, Danos hosts quarterly Town Hall events. This quarter, the Town Hall was held in Andrews, Texas, following our Permian Safety Focus. CEO Paul Danos spoke to an audience of nearly 70, and the event was streamed via Microsoft Teams.
With nearly 2,500 employees, Paul mentioned that we all have different job functions, but he addressed three key points that are consistent company-wide.
Danos is committed to being a family-owned, privately held company. This is so that we can be a purpose-driven company and continue to do things differently.
Danos is committed to being a growing company. If we are going to accomplish the part of our purpose that says “develop great people,” we have to be a growing company.
Danos is committed to improvement. If we’re going to be a growing company, we have to be improving.
All of these connect back to our purpose, vision and values.
